Does this replace a CPSR? No. It checks fragrance labelling only — you still need a full CPSR from a qualified assessor under Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 before selling.
Is the allergen list current? Yes — includes the 2025 corrigendum. Updated as new amendments publish.
Does it apply to UK sales? The science is the same, but confirm UK-specific rules separately — see our SCPN vs CPNP guide.
